All of our products are print-on-demand, which means each item is made especially for you after you place your order.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days
Processing times may increase slightly during peak seasons or holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays

We currently ship only within the United States
We do not ship internationally at this time
Orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address

Once your order has been processed and shipped:
Standard shipping delivery time is 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
Orders returned due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist you.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Shipping-Related)
Because all of our products are print-on-demand, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as:
Wrong size ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect style or color selection
Exceptions
We will gladly assist if:
An item arrives with a printing defect
An item is damaged
The wrong item was sent
In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
Size Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges for eligible items
Exchanges are subject to availability
Customers may also choose store credit instead
Please note that refunds are not issued for size exchanges.
